I decided to call it that since I was seeing myself along the Irish sea coast as I finished this hairstyle.
With the wind blowing in my face! :)
This is a simple hairstyle created for everyday (or a small gathering) I'm sure a lot of you have done this hairstyle before. But I thought I would add it to my mini collection.
(I hope to get a big collection,so people who don't have any hair ideas for any day or event they can browse my list.)
Okay, to the hairstyle this post will go.
"Irish Seacoast Maiden."
(lol,I tried to make myself in my photos look more modelish looking, but as you can see I'm not very good at modeling, but you do have permission to laugh my amazing modeling skills *wink*.. )
Okay, grab a section in the front.
(Excuse my hair it was a little frizzy, not really curly like usual.kind of a bad hair day. I've had worse though.)
:)
Twist your section of hair.
And pull it to the back of your head and secure with 2 bobing pins.
When you secure it make the twist/curl kind of loose, but tight enough that it will stay in place and nothing will stray!
Then do the same with the other side.
Note: The way I curl it looks tighter in these photos!
You want to loosen it and make the twist/curl make it kind of hang and just mess with it a little when you pulled it all the way to the back of your head and when your about to secure it!
you can also spray some hairspray in it to if your hair is kind of on the thin side that should hold it better. (I think hairspray would be good no matter your hair type.)
And it equals a lovely hair style!
I'm sure it would look good if you have straight or wavy hair too! :)
I really wish my hair was longer,so it would have more of a madien look it it!
If you have long partially curly hair (like Jo March in the newer Little Women) I think this would be beautiful.
Jo actually did have a hair style some what like this, but she had less hair pulled out of the way..and her hair was parted down the middle if that makes any difference.. :)
I hope to do morehairstyles that have the words 'Irish madien' in it!
I actually have one in mind right now that I might do!
That I don't think is very commonly seen! :)
I hope you enjoy doing this, its simple, basic, easy and of course fit for everyday hairstyle!
If any of you have seen a movie that you've seen hairstyle in the movie that you like don't hesitate to comment with the name of the website and where I might find photos,so I might try to do them. Wether I'll be able to or not I'll have to see! (Since I only love doing hair, but with no talent do I do it as you can see. : )
But if I can I'll hopefully be able to post them!

2 thought(s) to note :
nice!
I do this hairstyle sometimes, but I also put my hair in a low bun along with it, which makes it pretty cute. I also add a lace ribbon too, or a headband, and sometimes both! ;)
I can't wait for the next tutorial!
