Happy Mothers Day

                                           Happy Mothers day to all the mothers out there.
                                               A mother is one of my greatest blessings.

                                    I made some homemade gluten free dairy free breakfast for my mom.
Chocolate syrup, whip cream (made from coconut milk.), Crepes, and Blackberries, which I didn't make or grow, but they were good anyway. I'll post the recipes if any of you are interested, they are gluten free and dairy free.:)

goat milk fälschen

fälschen is german for the word Fudge,a very tasty fattening dessert.

A key ingredient to this delightful product is fresh goats milk.

(or you can buy it from the store. ;) )

Just make sure you filter the fresh goats milk too,but if you own a goat I'm sure you know that all ready.

I'm just adding it so I have a caption for the photo instead of saying," this is filtering of goats milk.". ;)

Oh,a very nice tip when making this;

Make sure you chop up your nuts before you start cooking otherwise you'll be trying to hurry while having to stir the cooking fudge and you'll end up with the result in the photo below.

But the quickest fix is apply lots of peroxide,apply a bandaid,then remove if the bleeding has stopped at night, remove before you go to sleep. :) Works every time.....

So in summary if you are accident prone (like myself) or are under 18 (like myself again), parent supervision or assistants is required because cut fingers are no fun.

Since I did a post with some yummy photos of GMF I suppose I should give you the recipe now.

(that's where the animals come in handy,sorry just a fact you should consider when you have animals and are starting a garden. )

                                   Ah,such is a garden.

Note: my soon to be teenage brother is responsible for almost all the work in the garden.

He has one major green thumb when it comes to gardening a hobby,gift and love of his. :)

But we must not forget the free labor,time and money for fencing to keep the plant eaters away.

Fencing for the goats to give them a pasture and blocking them from a chance to get into the garden. 


Fact: Fencing (not the sword fighting type the labor/work type) is one of my favorite ways to spend time with my Dad,even though we don't talk except for,  "hold this,pull,tie or please hand my the pliers." But I love spending time with my Daddy this way,plus I feel more helpful.

Dear God,Thank you that I'm not allergic to peanuts and eggs like a lot of other people are.

Almond milk is what I use since I'm allergic to dairy,but you can also use rice or soy.

I got it from the Southern living cook book only alternating the flour measurement by 1/2 cup more and the time in the oven was cut a little more then in 1/2.

Oh,and of course changing the flour from all purpose to flour to gf flour mix and the milk from cows to almond milk.

food fit for an angel...............

Oh,yes truly epical.......

You know what made them even better?!

The GF stands for Gluten free which means I can eat them. (which is the whole point of me making them.)

Not only is Angel food cake,epical,the fact that there cupcakes is even better. I don't know about you all,but cupcakes are something amazing,who ever thought of it,I salute,curtsey and tip my cap too.

To make this recipe GF I substituted all purpose flour with Pamela's Baking mix (I love this stuff!)

Trust me they were are delicious,but I can't keep them to myself,so I made sure to write out/make a recipe card for you all.

I don't remember what site I got this recipe from I just googled 'angel food cake' found this recipe and made a little recipe card for you all. If you follow the instructions then it will be very easy.
