fälschen is german for the word Fudge,a very tasty fattening dessert.
A key ingredient to this delightful product is fresh goats milk.
(or you can buy it from the store. ;) )
Just make sure you filter the fresh goats milk too,but if you own a goat I'm sure you know that all ready.
I'm just adding it so I have a caption for the photo instead of saying," this is filtering of goats milk.". ;)

Oh,a very nice tip when making this;
Make sure you chop up your nuts before you start cooking otherwise you'll be trying to hurry while having to stir the cooking fudge and you'll end up with the result in the photo below.
But the quickest fix is apply lots of peroxide,apply a bandaid,then remove if the bleeding has stopped at night, remove before you go to sleep. :) Works every time.....
So in summary if you are accident prone (like myself) or are under 18 (like myself again), parent supervision or assistants is required because cut fingers are no fun.
Since I did a post with some yummy photos of GMF I suppose I should give you the recipe now.
