ever after hairstyles...

My sister and I recently watched a movie called "Ever after" about the true cinderella (not exactly ture, but realistic),I LOVED this, cause no magic pumpkin and pretty practical,I don't know much about the royal court and medeval,so some things may have been some what far fetched, but for me I didn't notice if it was.

I fell in love with Danielle's (aka cinderella) hairstyles.

The first one I especially liked,
Okay,so I loved this one,but you need extentions, which are like $100,so yeah not buying them.
But my guess is the either got a a braid the same color as her hair and attached it or they added extensions by using all her except the front created a 3-D braid then added extensions to the back of her head, then combed her front hair back and then wrapped the braid around her head. That is just my theory of this hairstyle.

The second one I love doing on my hair,

They divided the hair down the middle( I personally divide my hair at the side)
then took the front of each side and started a tight french braid then when you get in front of the ear stop french braiding and continue with a regualr braid. Bring both braids to meet in the back secure with a clear elastic and your done.

Her ball hairstyle I liked, though it didn't draw my attention when I was watching the movie, cause I was looking at her beautiful gown, her delicate wings, and crazy makeup(which I don't think they would've done it like that in that time period, but it was still neat,I would do it for a masque ball.)...

It looks like they did  a 3-D heidi braid and included a string of gold bead in the braid, and they most likely pulled the braid a little bit to make them wider.

FYI:  a 3-D braid is when you do a regualr braid ,but you change it up a bit by going under instead over when braid with your 3 strands of hair.

And this hairstyle is very similar to the first.
All thats changed is her hair is curled a bit and she has a jewelery type of crown/headband.

Cute right?

Now last, but not least her hairstyle when shes....welll,I won't spoil the story if you haven't seen it and are going to. ;)

This hairstyle is quite tricky looking to me.

To me it looks like they combed her hair back leaving the middle down and braided 2 pieces with the rest of the hair. Added her beanie (I guess thats what I'll call it.) secured that wrapped her two braids around and then sort of coiled them in the back like a long bun. =) I'm not exactly sure hwo to explain that part.
But yeah, looks lil' bit complicated to me.

It also looke like a little white thin ribbon in inter twined with the braid at the top.

How many of you have seen this movie?
Did you like it?
The only down fall for me was their was a little bit of swear in it.
They ALWAYS have to RUIN movies that way.
I'll have to do a review if not alot of you have watched it.

Happy Monday to you all. :)

Favorite movie! When I was in 2nd grade we each wrote a book... I titled mine "ever after" for my fairy tale. I could watch it on repeat for a whole day! Last summer I bought some Cinderella shoes (clear, silver & sparkly) & watched the movie wearing them... too fun!
