hectic friday....

Friday was actually kind  of stressful to me....it shouldn't of been, but I was a nervous wreck.
The day began with a last minute tea party I threw together for my sister and her friends.
I was hoping it would keep my mind off of a speech I was making later that evening.

Dear Jello Balls you are amazing and very tasty!

So Friday night was very nerve wracking....I think I already said that........
I started freaking out Thursday night.
When my name was called I got up, nervous, thought I had the first part of my speech memorized, but nope the nerves knocked it right out of me,I stumbled over my words or at least it felt like it,but every said 'wow, you did an awesome job!' So I guess I'll relent and believe I did well, cause it makes me feel better. ;)
Thanks to my dad for taking photos of our speeches.

Me giving my violin Illustrated Oratory.

Lydia giving her Biographical Narrative on Amy Carmichael.

My brother Aaron and his friend Aaron. ;)
My brother gave an apologetic speech.

My sister and I...

I was so relieved when it was over.
So now I just have a concert tomorrow and the rest of the week I can do school and prepare for my recital.
*relieved sigh*

Have a wonderful Sat. everyone.

Oh,and I guest posted over HERE at Beloved Star.

I am sure you did a great job! How sweet of you to host a tea party for your sister and her friends.

Great job Blythe! I'm always really nervous before I have to speak in public too. But in the end I always have a good time, despite how nervous I am.
