Broken Hill movie review and another blog award........

                   I kinda  DO love the Australia accents and this movie made me love them more. =)

But anyway this was a pretty neat movie; I don't know how many of you have heard of a movie called "August Rush." Broken Hill is kind of like that,but cleaner,so your younger siblings can enjoy it too.

                     (I'm still trying to figure out the point of the horse on the cover there isn't even a horse in the movie..)

"Born and raised on an Australian sheep ranch, Tommy (Luke Arnold) dreams of becoming a great musician. Everything changes, though, when his antics to impress his beautiful classmate Kat (Alexa Vega) backfire and land them both in trouble."  (description from amazon.com)

I'ld give this movie 4.5 out of 5 stars.....

The Plot is good,not completely obvious on what's going to happen.

Language: It was rated PG for some language and thematic elements...I don't remember any swearing,but I do remember a few words that replace swear words.


Modesty this movie wasn't perfectly modest,tight jeans,short dresses,but not to bad. The guy in it has the courtesy to work in a tank top instead of no shirt..... I love it when in movies the guys do that.

Note:There is one scene in it when an older person is talking to Tommy about new age,but only for one scene and it is never mentioned again.

       Over all I loved this movie,oh and did I mention the guy in this movie rides a trail bike?!
                                                      I love his trail bike!
            Trail bikes,dirtbikes,4-wheelers,etc.... are all Awesome with a capital 'a' in my book.

Oh,and this movie is on play at netflix for those of you who have it...if you don't you could always get a free month trial like we did,just make sure you end your account at the end of that month or they'll start to charge you. I'm sure you could get it at the library too. =)

Back to school hairstyle inspiration.

 I do like a little back to school hairstyle inspiration,I don't know about you all,but I get to impress everyone,in my english class,chemistry,and even my french teacher with my hairstyles...lol,well,okay,I am the french teacher and their isn't anybody in 'my' class,thats why its mine. :) Oh,the awesomeness of being home schooled.  My little sister  does occasionally comment on my hair... =) Thank you Lydia.....

Okay,anyway if you homeschool,public,or private schooled here's a little back to school inspiration.

Keep in mind these are inspirations; I wanted to keep them basic,so you can do them yourself without a tutorial,just an idea sparker,so to speak.
